Westwood, LLC
OCWAP reviewed the water quality file for Westwood, LLC at the DEQ’s Eugene office in 2003, and this review appeared to indicate that Westwood, LLC had violated its permit and the Clean Water Act by failing to submit a stormwater pollution control plan to the DEQ, and by failing to submit its stormwater monitoring report for the 2002-2003 monitoring period. OCWAP contacted Westwood, LLC on behalf of Sierra Club about these violations in November of 2003, which prompted Westwood, LLC to submit its stormwater pollution control plan and 2002-2003 monitoring report to the DEQ.
