OCWAP Enforcement Action Summary:
Teevin Bros. Land & Timber Co., LLC
OCWAP initiated an enforcement action against Teevin Bros. Land & Timber Co., LLC on behalf of Willamette Riverkeeper in December of 2008 concerning Teevin Bros. Land & Timber Co., LLC’s discharge of stormwater from its Eugene facility without a Clean Water Act permit. Teevin Bros. Land & Timber Co., LLC subsequently applied for and received coverage under a Clean Water Act permit, paid $5,000 to Oregon Toxics Alliance for use in water quality-related projects in the Long Tom Watershed, and agreed to pay additional funds to Oregon Toxics Alliance in the event of specified future violations of its Clean Water Act permit.
