OCWAP Discharger Database
Discharge permits issued by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) under Clean Water Act allow for approximately 4,000 discharges of pollution to Oregon’s waters across the state. The goal of OCWAP’s Discharger Database is to make information about each of these discharges available to the general public via this Web site. We’re presently focusing on making information about the approximately 300 permitted discharges to the waters of Lane County available on our Web site, and we plan to expand our Discharge Database to cover additional Oregon counties after we have full coverage for Lane County.
